Free Inbound Freight from Top Suppliers
All orders placed with SanMar can be shipped to Stitch designers at no charge. For orders placed through Broder Bros or Alpha Shirt Company and shipped to their Louisville Distribution center, we’ll pick up your order from the warehouse for no additional charge.
Receiving of Goods
We are your receiving department. We have a two tier process. First we count the goods the day we receive them and match the contents of the box to the order packing slip. We then give this information to your customer service representative and they compare it to what was actually ordered. We notify you immediately of any discrepancies. Receiving is a complimentary service.
Free Digitizing
After receiving your designs, Stitch Designers skilled, in-house digitizers convert your scanned drawing, illustration, or image into a digital embroidery file. Free digitizing can save you an average of $75 per order. At Stitch Designers, embroidery digitizing is FREE for all orders over 24 or more pieces.*
Quick Turnaround

Tagging/Bagging
We take care of the individual tagging & bagging of products, so you don’t have to. Hand tags and poly bags available on request.
Folding/Sorting
As part of our commitment to providing industry leading service, we will always fold and sort the goods after embroidery is completed. We understand the last thing anyone wants to receive is wrinkled or damaged product. Folding & sorting is a complimentary service.

Just as with digitizing, Stitch Designers offers FREE shipping on orders of 24 pieces of better. We’ll blind ship your order to your customer for no additional charge. By removing the hassle of shipping, we make the custom embroidery experience just a little bit easier.
